Kyle A. Knapp is a solo practitioner in Columbus, Ohio. He has concentrated on employment- and family-based immigration since 1998. He speaks regularly on employment-based topics at regional and national conferences and has served on several liaison committees of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Mr. Knapp has extensive experience with both employment- and family-based immigration, including nonimmigrant (temporary) and immigrant (permanent) visas and employment eligibility verification (I-9 compliance). He routinely counsels employers on strategies available for hiring non-citizens. Mr. Knapp limits his practice to federal immigration law and has clients in many states around the nation.
