The topic will be a discussion on difficult clients, the best way to withdraw from cases, issues with potential clients (clients not wanting to disclose assets or other items, etc.). This doesn’t happen too often for most of us, but when it does, it can REALLY cause issues and be hard to deal with (especially weighing our professional duties with that of what’s happening in a case).

Amy Bostic, Esq.
Amy Bostic is of counsel with the law firm of Luper Neidenthal & Logan, A Legal Professional Association. She is a member of the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, and focuses her practice on debtor and Chapter 7 Trustee representation, as well general business representation of debtor/creditor matters. She is an Adjunct Professor at Capital University Law School, teaching Secured Transactions Business Associations, Bankruptcy and Corporate Finance and Accounting. Ms. Bostic received her B.S. degree, with intermediate honors, from The Ohio State University and her J.D. degree, with honors, from Capital University Law School.
Holly Wolf, Esq.
Ms. Wolf earned her JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1997 and her BA from the University of Dayton in 1994. She currently serves as Bar Counsel for the
Columbus Bar Association. She also served on the CBA’s Certified Grievance Committee prior to assuming the role of Bar Counsel. Prior to joining the CBA staff, she spent 17 years at Manley Deas Kochalski where she served as Director of Operations for 12 years and Managing Attorney of the Columbus office and Bankruptcy Department prior to assuming her Director role. Ms. Wolf has extensive experience as a litigator in the areas of creditor’s rights and bankruptcy, in addition to her work in disciplinary investigations and prosecutions.
