Overview: The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is a frequently agreed-upon method for alternative dispute resolution between parties in real estate matters. This presentation will review the various AAA rule sets, AAA discovery processes, and present use of AI at the AAA. The speaker will provide helpful tips in making the AAA process streamlined and effective for the parties.

Lauren Kerr, Esq.
Lauren Kerr is a construction litigation attorney licensed in both Ohio and Florida, and board-certified as a construction law specialist by the Florida Bar. Lauren represents large general contractors in construction defect claims and pursues risk transfer related to same. Through years of this practice, Lauren has handled hundreds of arbitration matters with the AAA, including several final evidentiary hearings.
