This notary seminar instructs attorneys on necessary information to become notaries and properly execute notarial acts and notarial duties in accordance with the laws outlined in ORC 147, including the Notary Modernization Act and House Bill 315. The updates and changes in this seminar are to properly implement the most recent law changes from House Bill 315 that took effect April 4, 2025.
